The Stoughton police Department, in conjunction with the Stoughton Public Library offer students who participate in the summer reading raffle a chance to win a ride to school with a police officer.

Stoughton Public Library offers summer reading programs for students in kindergarten to sixth grade. Children can earn raffle tickets and prizes based on how many minutes they spend reading and how many books they have read.

Raffle prizes include a ride to school with a Stoughton Police Officer. The winning child will receive a tour of the police station, meet the officers, and be driven to school in a police cruiser with lights and sirens.

Winning students are able to bring a friend or sibling on the ride to school.
