Animal Control Officer | Michelle Carlos | mcarlos@stoughton-ma.gov
Michelle started at the Stoughton Police Department in November of 2020. Along with her animal control position, Michelle is our Animal Inspector as well as the Code Enforcement Officer.
Officer Carlos has received certification and training in the following:
- National Animal Care & Control Association Certified
- Graduate of Animal Control of Massachusetts Academy
- K-9 CPR Certified
- EMT License (Jan. 2023)
- Associates Degree in Science and Thanatology
Officer Carlos also received recognition in People Magazine in 2022, for her work in reuniting a stolen dog with their owner 11 years after the dogs disappearance.
